First rate breakfast sandwiches and of course love the coffee. The drive through line is often long but goes quickly.
I believe that most reviews and rates in Google were from one-time expereince. When reviewers are upset or happy, they really want to rate and review the store. So, there are many anecdotes (related to negative reactions) in reviews. This is not different from me. Depending on my expectation of service, I was sometime upset as well as happy in this store. BUT, by considering their performance and efforts until now, this is my average rate.
Typical Starbucks. Sometimes slow but the customer service is great and everything is made well. Decent amount of seating for individuals, pairs, and groups. Also has a nice little outdoor space.
I am very disappointed. They have items posted with prices and the lady behind the counter literally stated, "We don't carry that. I don't even know why they have that on here." No receipt. She rolled her eyes while I was giving our order. I am not to happy.
I ordered a sandwich but they run out of it. A nice lady help me to exchange and give me a gift card for apology.
