Over the years my wife and I have punched a total of six vehicles from these folks. A few of the reasons we keep going back they are extremely honest about the car or truck you are asking about, friendly, straight forward no bs with price (always bellow book value), and if you do have a problem with something they make sure it's corrected in a timely manner! A great place to do business at and you can trust that after your purchase you will have safe travels!!

Omg! I purchased a car from them today and I loved their customer service. I felt so welcomed as soon as I came in. They were very understanding to my situation. They were willing to work me as well. Their cars are very affordable and in good condition. If I was to get another car I would most definitely come back and consider one from UC auto in Urbana I.L. This was the best customer service I have ever received

I would not recommend getting a car from here I have had our Nissan Quest for about 4 months and I have had to put in a little over a grand into it already and I'm not even done with everything that is wrong with it. On their website they stated there was nothing wrong with the car but as soon as we got in it the horn didn't work and the check engine light was on. While getting them to fix the horn they disconnected the battery then connected it again to get the service engine light off, then proceeded to tell us a crazy story on how some gas stations have bad fuel and that may be why the sensor is on. The car started going into slip mode recently so we took to a Nissan dealership who found 3 major problems and various other problems. The 3 major were the cam shaft sensor needed replaced, the radiator and radiator cap needed replaced, and the top engine mount needed replaced...again just those 3 things have cost me over a grand. When presented with the findings of the dealership and the receipts to what we have already spent they acted like they were going to reimburse us back some of our money, instead they tried to get us to get the parts from the dealership that we have ordered and offered to put them on for free. Of course I said no, why would I take my car to someone who didn't catch any of these problems with the inspection they did on the car when it first came to their lot, or didn't see any of this when they had my car all day fixing the horn. We had also referred a friend to them and as soon as they got their car they had to get a new battery. Their warranty is a joke if you even get one. Buy at your own risk.
