The staff is very respectful and kind to minors staying at JDC, they make sure your needs are met and make sure you feel safe. They go out of their way and do more than they are REQUIRED to do to to make your stay easier. They treat every "inmate" just like any other child that isn't being accused of a crime, some staff even treat the minors as if they were their own children. Always FAIR to each and every minor. They try their hardest to help the minors make better decisions so they can succeed in the outside world. I have so much respect for the staff! Treat them with respect, and they will give it back.
