Matt, I am sorry you had a bad experience, I have been involved with this company for 25 plus years. This is a family owned business that has been around for over 30 years.The owner is very caring and concerned with pleasing the customers. I sure hoped you talked to more than one person before you mad a decision regarding the entire company. It may have been possible that the person that answered the phone was having a bad day as we all can from time to time, but it would be a shame to call the entire company losers because of one persons experience. I would urge you to give them another try and if you have a problem ask for the owner Mike.
Definitely Overpriced. Had a big project with them. Didn't give me invoice for quote and charged me more than quoted when finished although they told me the quoted price is the highest while the actual price should be lower. Had to do some small projects later on beyond the big project. Was told they charge $88 per hour. But charged me twice as much as their hourly rate even they actually spend less time there. Bad experience.
