VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! MADE MY APPOINTMENT A DAY IN ADVANCE & WHEN I SHOWED UP, THE LADY THERE TOLD ME THE PERSON WHO I SPOKE WITH HAD ALREADY LEFT & WENT SHOPPING FOR THE DAY & WILL NOT BE RETURNING ANYTIME SOON.!!!! SHE TOLD ME TO COME AFTER 10AM.! I GOT THERE AT 10:30AM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
