I have been working with the business since January and they have yet to resolve the issues. After multiple phones calls and messages, I requested a refund for the product. Conveniently, the business owner was at my house (although the receptionist was on the phone wanting to set up and appointment and yes, he was already at my house) and picked up the chimney cap while he was here. I was told a check would be sent in mail and if they had questions they would call. This was 2 months ago now. Not impressed and would not recommend their services.
