Went for a thumb infection because I needed a prescription. I had heard about Carle helping people with financial difficulty despite being unemployed most of the previous year so I thought maybe I'd get help. Wait time was over an hour and they messed up my name despite me spelling it, making the wait even longer. Staff was totally rude, especially the doctor, who essentially guilted me into thinking my infection was my fault.
I'm not sure why this location has such bad ratings, they've always been excellent for me. The physicians are always polite, and the care is usually very streamlined. Of course, there's always the possibility of having a long wait, but that's true of any convenient care location that operates on a walk-in basis.
Two months later, my financial aid application was denied with no chance of overturning and had to pay 500, which took me a year to pay off. Ridiculous. Just go to Christie or anywhere else. Not this scam of a place.
I work for a Funeral Home. We have to be in touch with a set of nurses who know how to handle death certificates. There are not very many who know how to handle these time sensitive documents. Carle has been a nightmare to work with! No one gives clear information and the operator has been resistant in assisting me in this matter. This medical facility needs to work on its customer service.
Carle was very helpful from the moment I walked in the door with my 4 year old. Dr. Chu was very friendly and she was genuinely concerned about my son's well-being.
They take too long to answer the phone i have been on hold for 6 hours thats too long
