I started getting tracking notifications that my packages were "undeliverable as addressed" and was missing about 5 packages, all coming from different places/shipping methods. Turns out my address was right, but my new delivery person couldn't see the faded number on my apartment mailbox. I called them up and all 5 packages were delivered the same day! The two women I spoke to were very helpful. (And I wrote my name and apartment # on my mailbox in big, bold sharpie :P)

Second time in less than a month that a package was scanned as delivered, and clearly never was. What is the problem here folks. How hard is it to do your job correctly.
We had an issue with a USPS in Sarasota, FL and folks at this location really helped rectify the problem. It was very much appreciated!
My postman is great. The staff has always been friendly when I have to pick up a package i missed when delivered.
I have a lot of good stuff to say about Urbana usps. One time, I left a return package out the door, and a theif opened it up thinking it was something valuable. luckly, the offender threw it away after finding out it was just a doll. I got a call from the post office saying they will repackage it and ship it. Best service ever.
