Service was horrible. I was about to ask for the store manager but I saw her plate. She was the store manager. Her rolling of the eyes, her horrible smirk. It seem like she was doing me the favor.
Change of management is extremely necessary.
Short line and great drinks. Nothing else you can ask for! Nothing stands out compared to other Jamba Juices.
I usually have a great experience with campus food and beverage locations. This was a very bad experience. We had to wait for over 20 minutes for a smoothie. The staff made a few errors- which I understand happens from time to time. I did not like how the manager handled the issues. They confronted and scolded their staff in front of customers, which I felt was very unprofessional. Our drink ended up being watered down. I feel like this Jamba location had gone downhill in the past few years. Of course this was an isolated incident- but the manager definitely needs learn to address staff issues in a more appropriate and constructive manner. This incident led to a very negative experience.
