I'm really not sure how they have such a great rating . I have been going back and forth for 2 months about check stubs. Provided the information that they asked for and I still haven't been approved. I work for a non profit and my check stubs come from several different places and even with a letter they still can not understand that I do not work for different places and don't always have a stub from All grant sources. I am going to have to look for a different job. I can't get approved for daycare so I can work more hours... And if I send in a small check stub I risk not getting approved or not approved for enough time and being penalized at work for it. It takes a week at a time to talk to a person and it's always a different person that says some thing different. FRUSTRATED!!!!
