If you've ever been to NYC, you won't recognize these as bagels. Bagels are not baked like bread.
Didn't know how to order special birthday item and misspelled my name and the coffee is cooked on hot plates. Better places in town.
Friendly and helpful staff. Service is usually pretty quick. No surprise, they sell Einstein bagels.
Nova lox sandwich is my favorite and their coffee is always wonderful.
I wish catering brought toasters along to toast the bagels. Coffee is alright - would recommend soymilk or coconut milk as a non-dairy alternative to normal creamers.
