I will never be shopping at Schnucks again. This morning I went to buy some items that I needed that were all in one of the small baskets that can be carried around the store. At check out, I put the basket on the belt and the check out person said "can you take the items out and put them on the belt", I said "I didn't know that was a rule. She says "it isn't, but they don't pay me enough to take them out of the basket for you." I told her I don't get paid either, to which she responded "you put them in there." Never again.
I love how all the isles are bigger. How everything in sections. Keep up the good work.
There were staff in nearly every isle ready to assist me in finding items and everyone was very friendly and took time to help me. Check out lanes are quick and plenty were open.
