The pizza was good, and the service was good. I could almost change those goods to great, but we always order extra sauce, but rarely get extra when ordering online.
Fail, 0 stars....I ordered at 6:07, pizza was in oven 5 mins later, PERFECT, ready at 622 and checked for quality, yet didnt send out til 650.... FAIL.... quoted 30-45 mins online when ordered. Called to ask about it, concerned because my 4 year old has now fallen asleep without dinner.. . and Rain argued with me instead of trying to make it right, or alleviate concern. Epic fail, shame on you Rain....
I'm in town for business and rooming a half block from the store. My wife in Colorado called to order me a sandwich and a drink for carryout. They forced her to order delivery, pay for two 2liters of Coke, and when I went to pick it up because I didn't want to wait for a half an hour they refused to let me pick up my order. The managers demeanor was poor at best and was told it was there policy to force out of state credit card purchases to be delivery in order to prevent credit card fraud. Go anywhere else for food...
The pizza was just okay. Salty and a bit oily. It was not burnt and it was just okay!
Horrible management. horrible customer service. The whole chain should be closed. Ordered 200 worth of pizza for my daughters birthday and needed them by a certain time. Called the night before to make sure they would be able to do it, and it arrived as the party ended. This place is garbage. Go to Monicals instead
