Our move back to Idaho was a god experience. Roosevelt was awesome and quick. All of my questions were answered and very informative. Julie was awesome as well and helped me get a better understanding of everything. She was patient and knows her stuff.
I recently had the pleasure of enlisting Hutchcraft Van Service for a cross country move. Everyone I encountered was more than helpful and professional, this definitely made my move easier. I hope not to move again but if I do, they'll definitely be my first call.
The packers were wonderful, but the move was a different story. We were told all of our stuff would fit on one truck. This was not what happened. The truck showed up half full with someone else's stuff, so only half of ours would fit. The "overflow" truck does not have to arrive within the contracted time. We got the first half 7 days after our move in date. The 2nd half they put in storage because they did not have anyone available to deliver it. Finally arrived 3 weeks after our move in date. Many items were broken and damaged. Was not happy with United at all!
Overall, an excellant move. Very competitive pricing, great folks to deal with. From the packers, the loaders, the over the road driver/supervisor, to the crew who unloaded the furniture in Texas, a 1000 mile journey was completed without anything being lost or otherwise damaged. We'll done.
