I switched to MCI because they charge 1/2 as much as I was paying. What I didn't expect is that I get better service. They collect more stuff and are very helpful on the phone!
I contacted MCI services to attempt to set up weekly garbage collection for my home. The receptionist was friendly enough at first, taking down my address and information. When I asked about their different services and rates, she only provided vague explanations. When I finally gave up and asked if I could set up a weekly plan, she told me "we aren't interested" and hung up on me. Assuming my phone had dropped the call I called back again, only to be treated rudely and hung up on once more. I can't imagine what this must be like for people who actually are their clients! Don't fall for the lower rates they propose, pay a few dollars more and save yourself the trouble.
