Expect to wait a long time. Even in the drive thru. They were more interested in talking with friends than getting my order correct. They even tried giving me someone else order. That's how little they paid attention to doing their job.
You really never know what people are going through. The sweet man, I believe was the manager, came up and was so friendly to my son. He gave him a free chicken nugget meal. The sweetest thing! I will definitely be back. The kind staff really made my day.
It was clean, food was good, the staff was kind and efficient. The dinning area was great with various seating styles. I especially liked the area with the firewall. Very Pleased!
Perfect .. Marcel was pleasant and greeted me as I arrived with a smile ..fresh food and nice people .. Danville Wendy's should take lessons from Marcel and his crew
The food was good. This is by far the nicest Wendy's I have ever been to. It has a nice reading/conversation nook. The resturaunt is clean and roomy, with appointments more in line with a more upscale diner. The men's restroom was clean and we'll appointed, again not what one would expect in a fast food franchise. I have never given 5 stars to a fast food location until now. My compliments to the owner.
