We built a new house and put Phantom screens on our front door and our French patio doors. We love them! They are one of the many nice additions on our house. We enjoy showing them to our family and friends who come to visit! Everyone is impressed by them. We love that we can still get fresh air when our Phantom screens are in use or an unobstructed view when they are not! Chad Elliott was great to work with. Through work, we use Dillman a lot. The quality of workmanship has been great. After being so disappointed in so many other roofing companies, it was nice to find one that did their job well. Our biggest issue has been communication. We don't always know when a project is set to begin and find out from tenants letting us know there are workers at their home. Definitely worth a shot!

Mike completed the work in a very timely manner with great workmanship, it looked exactly like it did when the window was initially installed.
