Old roof was taken down. New one was installed. I had a very good experience. The contractor was very aware of the nature of the shingles being installed and the reasons for using these. He.was very attentive that the new installation was done absolutely correctly. He seemed very aware of all the code requirements. He has had many years of both residential and commercial experience.

Both Patience and Chris were very easy to work with when scheduling the roof replacement, negotiating options (like shingle color), getting papers signed, payment, etc. When it came to the actual replacement, Chris and his team did an amazing job - it took an extra day since the roof spanned across both buildings and there was a lot to take off but that wasn't an issue since both my neighbor and I were out of town. The new roof looks amazing and haven't seen any problems yet. This is extra impressive since they were able to get this done in under a week in the middle of February in Central Illinois.
