I was VERY unsatisfied with cab company. I called 2 days in advance to insure a safe and comfortable one of your cabs!! Especially for a fare of 52 dollars. Ride was from Rantoul to Willard Airport. When the cab arrived it was not even one of your cabs.
My daughter was flying for the first time into Champaign (nighttime mid October 10/8/2017) and we were concerned about her safe transportation to the dorm that late in the night. Thanks to the community here, we read the reviews and tried Datta Taxi. We called Abdul and he is a wonderful person and is a concerned parent as I am with teen daughter. He knows the last flight to Champaign is typically delayed and waited for her at no extra cost and more importantly took her safely to the dorm. It is so nice to have someone that we can trust in Champaign for safe transportation. I highly recommend Abdul and Datta Taxi.
The car was filthy, as well the driver. Smelled like cigarettes. He was unshaven and in dirty clothes. Didnt know how to find my address. Called for directions. I also did not like his driving. He rode the middle line all the way. And he didnt wear a seat belt.The only good thing I can say is he was polite. I expected a clean and safe drive and I did not get what I paid for.
The gentleman is polite and friendly. He was there on time and didn't have a problem waiting for us. I called him the night before and he offered a very reasonable price.
i love how ali drive the car. he was a shy man but it's ok because he always talk about his friends in his hometown Bandung. I don't know maybe in his everyday life he is very lonely. I think it is fair to give Datta Taxi a 5/5 rating for the service. Thanks Ali, i wish you find your love in the future.
Best cab company I've ever used, I use Datta frequently. Pleasant driver, very clean, punctual every time (and even waits for me if I'm running a few minutes behind), knows the fastest routes, quick but safe driving. And, unlike many cabs I've encountered, no unsolicited racist/sexist rants! A++
