I called Tatman's for some help unlocking my car door. The woman answering the late-night calls was very pleasant and helpful. Ben came to my house with ninja-like speed and efficiency. He was very nice and had my door unlocked in less than five minutes. I recommend him and Tatman's highly!
I don't often write reviews but I had an issue with my car this morning and needed it towed. The person that towed me is named Zach and he was great. He got it started gave me an idea of what he thought it could be and then took it away. I would highly recommend Tatmans if for no other reason than to hire quality and customer conscious employees. Great Job Zach and thanks again for your help.

I really hate doing reviews but I felt so compelled to do one because I can't let this experience go unnoticed. Just had my car towed and I was so upset that it wouldn't start and was just in a bad mood entirely. Darius White changed all of that for me. He came to pick up my car wayyyyyy faster than AAA predicted which was a plus ! He got it all hooked up in a timely manner and explained the diagnostics to me in a way that I could understand and stayed positive throughout the entire encounter and at the end of it all I had a smile on my face. Thanks Darius for your exceptional customer service! If you have to get your car towed, I highly recommend that you use Tatman's Towing!!
I woke up Friday morning to a flat tire, called AAA for a tow truck at 9:30 and met a very kind, professional, and considerate Mike Gric before 10:00 (less than 30 minutes!). He was a ray of sunshine on what could have been a very bad day! When he made sure to start with the formalities of verifying my AAA membership and taking pictures of my flat tire, I knew I was in great hands. After inspecting my flat tire and asking in-depth questions, he concluded that there was a slow leak and told me that I'd probably just need a patch. After informing him that I had just moved here, he kindly recommended some great places in town to go to for my tire. He then put air in my tire and triple checked the tire for fast leaking. I drove off to the auto shop with a smile on my face and a strong desire to write this review. I hope that I don't need too much towing in the future, but when I do I will definitely be using Tatman's services again! Thank you, Mike!
