Well at first I was not very happy at all, Uhaul did not get my part in and I was not contacted about the hitch not arriving. I showed up for the install to a nasty surprise. On the plus side, Uhaul made it right. They got the part the next day and gave me a killer discount and saved me a ton of money in the process so things worked out. Just remember to maybe call the day before your hitch appointment to make sure that the parts came in just in case it gets over-looked.
